Hi, I'm concerned about my transcript showing five semesters in school and how to best explain plans of a delayed graduation that make me a sophomore and not a junior since I already have those two years under my belt at school? I will be IBD intern this summer in sophomore program and do have honest plans to graduate in Fall 2018.
I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Your resume should only indicate "Expected Dec/May 2018" graduation date. If anyone brings it up, simply say you changed your major and needed to take an extra semester to complete the classes. This is not an issue, and nobody cares or gives it a second thought - many people do this.
