I work in a group that has a toxic senior totally enabled by the group head. Everyone else, including my direct manager is amazing, but it has reached a point where I believe staying in this group is untenable.
Being cognizant of the current hiring market, and with nothing lined up, I really don’t know what to do. I’m miserable working with this guy, but I’m afraid if I quit, I won’t be able to find anything
Has anyone been through this and can guide me?
