EY TAS - Operational Transaction Services Interview preparation

I have an interview coming up with EY TAS for the operational transaction services practice. I am a MBA student without any experience in M&A. Could someone please share some insight into the work that the OTS division does and provide guidance on how to prepare for the interview?
