FDD (big4) vs IB (boutique)
Have an offer from EY (FDD) and offer from a boutique IB Which has done 75 deals in last 7 years worth 2bn USD
Should I join IB or join EY for brand and then a better IB ?
or join IB and then switch to a better IB ?

Career Resources
As long as they are doing deals I’d take boutique and then use that to lateral later.
Better to join a boutique even if they do smaller size deals. Once you start in accounting, it will be more dificult to transfer to IBD, unless out of sudden, the market will improve.
