FIG groups ranked by these criteria

I’m an aspiring banker (wanting to go in as an associate after an MBA), and I’m particularly interested in FIG. I want to work for a bank that has good African connections (I’d like to maybe do a secondment for 6-12 months at some point to build client connection), and I want to know which bank would be the best choice for me. The criteria that I care about are:

African Connection (ability to build client relations and Rolodex) WLB (protected saturdays, vacation days, overall respect for my time) Prestige (last on the list, but names help get clients)
