For example, instead of paying like 10 cents per page using PACER / court websites (which are among the worst, least intuitive sites to exist), type in “Neiman Marcus Bankruptcy Docket” and Stretto has the entire easily accessible docket. Kroll restructuring administration seems to be another big one, among others.

In short, no.
It's the cheapest way to get that info.
You could also sign up for trials of the major providers like Reorg, download as much as possible etc

You can usually find entire dockets online. Check Kroll (used to be PrimeClerk), for example, who has a ton of names.
