Usually for investment banking what percentage of Final Round candidates are given offers?

depends on definition of final round. at an assessment centre it varies but normally its below 50% (i've been to some where its been 20%). after the assessment centre you may have a "meet the rest of the desk/team" - at that point the % given offers is much much higher - maybe 80% at that point.
From what I have heard so far it is about 8-10 people at the superday competing for 2-4 spots.
Assessment Centre? What I mean by "final round" is the round that comes after the first round and typically determines who gets offers and who doesn't.
