Final Year Troubles

Hi all,

I recently finished a summer internship at a top BB in a top group from a non-target school and received a return offer, which I signed. I thought things were really working out and had dreams of possibly getting into PE or even HFs after my analyst stint. I had a relatively good GPA going into everything, but am coming out short senior year with subpar GPAs and on track to graduate with about a ~3.6 from a non-target. How much does this affect me down the line with everything from headhunter meetings to business school especially because I can't point to my school being difficult or even well know.
