How does FT Partners compensation differ between research analysts and IBD? My understanding is that research analyst work the same hours, but are paid less (not sure by how much tho). It seems like you work 2 years in research before having the opportunity to pivot to IBD, but what’s an estimate of base and bonus for research analysts?
