Financial Technology Partners NYC

Wondering if anyone can chime in on their experience with FT Partners NYC office. What is the culture like at the analyst level? Has it changed over the years? I have seen a few posts about writing emails for seniors, working from 10am to 2am everyday (even saturday & Sunday). What are exit ops like? How does FT Partners place into east coast, midwest PE? I saw on linkedin alot of people left for VCs, Startups, or other IBs (not a good sign imo). I get the vibe that they aren't cool with helping with buyside recruiting. If anyone could share some insight I would appreciate!
