Financo Interview - First rounds with Fianco

Hi all,

I just got first rounds for Financo and was wondering if anyone had information on their culture / something unique about them / how the interview is conducted. I've read through their site and how they're very focused on retail, but nothing else really even though they've been around for 40 years.

Thanks!

Know your accounting, cause that's all they asked me for SA.

This may just be one data point, but when I interviewed with them, one of the VPs was a complete dick. I have no respect at all for this firm and would never want to work with them.

I heard Financo is a racist organization--white+male dominated environment. they have only been accepting white males, some white females, if you are african american or asian, don't even bother
