Fitness In IB
I am entering my last week into a SA role at a LMM boutique in NYC (grew up in a farm town and go to an absurdly non target institution - so just happy to be here). I’m wondering if you guys have any tips on staying fit? I realize my health has been neglected heavily this summer and only working out on Saturdays is not sustainable.
I have dealt w many mental health battles in the past and fitness has always been what helped me the most. I understand that the industry as a whole makes it tough to stay fit (especially in the first year), but I am wondering if there are any success stories of retaining muscle/endurance despite of the hours.
