Fourth Round Interview Advice

What to expect in a fourth round (last round) with CEO? Fit or technical questions? I first had a screening call, then a video interview with associate and a phone call with the analyst. This is for a IB internship.

Thanks

He didn't mean it as an attack, was saying it is a small firm because at most firms you don't interview with the CEO for an analyst position

yeah aight, blueface baby

I would google "Questions to ask a CEO during an interview," and jot down 4-5 good questions on a note pad to bring to the interview in a padfolio, and take notes as he answers them. I personally would look for questions that focus on his insights/experiences, his career path that he took (can look at his LinkedIn), and maybe what he looks for in a potential employee (what differentiates a good member of his team from a great one)

This will be entirely fit, I think. I personally find a good question to ask a CEO is about what he sees as the firm's competitive advantage, his thoughts on the culture he's trying to build, and where he sees the next few years going. Keep the questions high level but thoughtful in a way that matches the issues that a CEO would be focused on. day-to-day.
