I'm a 2023 graduate and currently work in Valuation Advisory in NYC. I've been at my firm for a year and looking to break into IB. Is FT 2025 recruiting a feasible option for me?

Possible. HR at a top bank said you can either go the lateral hire route or the graduate program route for 2025.
Not all banks might do it. Go through bankers first, not HR.
