FT Partners Final Round
Are final rounds after superday very technical with upper management? I have one at the end of the week and I am wondering how much I need to prepare technicals wise
Is this SA or FT? I did my final round for SA with an MD, and it was mostly behavioral. Not like STAR questions but basically asking about what you did in your relevant experiences on resume. Getting to know why you wanted banking and what got you interested in FTP

Not technical. It’s more of a conversation about yourself, fintech, your experience. Behavioral but not cookie cutter questions out of a book.
