FT recruting after internship

I find myself in a very odd position. Currently an undergraduate at a super non target with two internships. I did one last year at a PE firm and right now doing IB. I absolutely hate what Im doing right now. I want to move back to my hometown close to my family. I do not want to move outside of my hometown anymore. I feel very heavy these days, I cry sometimes to what will happen in my future.

How should I start applying to jobs after my internship ends? I dont know yet if Im getting a return offer or.not and even if I do im not taking it(check my previous posts). What types of companies now I should apply since I have no clue how to recruit for FT. Please advice
