ft training questions

hi current senior who did sa at west coast eb (think moe/pwp/ghl/laz) and was fortunate to recieve a return offer. Was wondering what the process is like for ft training. How long is it, and when does it start? Is it in NYC or will it be in the regional location? If in NYC, will the company pay for accomodation?

Hey there! Based on the most helpful WSO content, full-time training typically takes place before you officially start your role. The duration can vary, but it's usually a few weeks long. It's often held in a central location like NYC, especially if the firm has a large incoming class from various offices.

As for accommodation, it's common for firms to arrange and cover this for you during the training period. However, specifics can vary from firm to firm, so it's best to reach out to your HR contact to get the most accurate information.

Remember, training is a great opportunity to get to know your peers and firm better, so make the most of it!
