Full-Time Program Length, Contract Type and H1b Sponsorship?
I just went through the Barclays Student Career site, which shows that their full-time program usually has 2 years of length. I am wondering does that mean I am not a permanent employee in the 2 years? Also, as an international student, at the phase of the 2-year program, is it likely that the firm would sponsor my h1b visa? Plus, I notice lots of banks don't have this sort-of 2-year duration, which rather confuses me. Thank you in advance for your response! Barclays Career site
