Full-time recruiting from a different geographic location
Say an intern was able to get a return from a regional office(LA, HOU, CHI), what's the process like to recruit full-time to NY or SF? Does the intern have to start networking prior to the SA?
hard to understand what you're asking. did you get a return offer from one of those places? If so, the offer would be for the respective region, because it's usually by group.
If you don't take the return offer/didn't get one, then start networking with people in different locations.
you would have to network either way if you want to switch regions.
Yea, so I'm going to be an intern next summer at one of those regional offices. If I were to get a return offer, and wanted to recruit for a full-time position in NY / SF, would I have to start networking prior to even starting the SA since full-time recruiting runs by so quickly? Do you know how difficult it is to do so?
