Looking to recruit for investment banking roles for SA 2026, already did an internship in L/S investing at a hedge fund and now got an offer to work in fund accounting at a very reputable firm (think Citadel/Jane Street/Bridgewater). Are fund accounting internships relevant to IB? Is it good to pursue this opportunity or will it raise questions about my commitment to IB as a career?
