After lining up an internship for this summer, I’m already thinking about FT. The program I’m in has no guarantee for FT because it’s a smaller bank (think regional).
I have been slowly going through my contacts to see if any opportunities are available. However, nothing is concrete yet.
What are some tactics I should utilize to end the summer with a FT offer?
