I know a little bit about GSP and read another thread about sports banking, but wanted to know specifically if anyone could provide some insight on GSP recruiting process (whether they even recruit, what positions, if anyone has interviewed etc). Thanks in advance.

Typically with small private firms that is going to be the case.
Quick LinkedIn search shows they have six employees, one of whom is an Associate (the lowest position listed).
