General Lateral Question

Got into a regional boutique from non-target which was pretty sweet/lucky. My plan was to feel it out make sure I enjoy the work etc. before I look at moving upstream. I enjoy it and don't mind the hours so naturally my mind is thinking about moving.

Obviously in this market no one's moving from regional boutique upwards but I was thinking late '25/early '26 timing. How big of a jump can I make realistically? Will it have to MM or is BB/EB in the realm of possibility. I have no idea about the process/what looks I would get...
