Hi, I'm analysing Michael Kors and I'm trying to get the details of the Jimmy Choo acquisition.
By details I mean the exact percentage of debt used and the exact percentage of senior vs junior debt used.
Also if there is a revolver what is the percentage as well.
So I wonder if you guys have any idea where I could find that ?
