Getting out of work mode advice

I’ve been noticing recently that I get so used to the constant work flow as an analyst that when it comes to downtime during the week, I don’t know what to do with myself & feel weird that I am just sitting around..

Obviously the fact that an email can come at any time really throws another wrench in there so it’s not like I can really go out and decompress.

I know the obvious answer is like go to the gym or something but at the same time I feel like that’s just another version of work to me (don’t really enjoy working out just do it to stay in shape).

Anyone else have a similar issue or know a good way to really separate yourself from that work mindset and enjoy the free time?
