Unless you want to get hooked on paying retainer fees for consultants early on, I would suggest you spend the time to learn how to do the assignment and risk failure over asking for other people to do it for you. For the sake of learning, though, here's how I would approach the problem: 1- Start with a brief macro analysis. It doesn't need to be fancy, but should be clear.
