well cheesy james bond i do i dont work out for 10 hours a day just 35-40 min a day these are my go to drinks because they are low calories
Lol tonic has as almost as much sugar as sprite or any other soft drink. Better off with club soda
Facts lol same with a red bull. Better off with a vodka soda since gin-sodas are revolting, coming from a gin guy.
