Goldman MACM

I know there have been posts on here a few years back about the Goldman M&A group, but I wanted to see if I could get any input from people in the group currently. Is it true that the coverage groups handle all the modeling so you aren’t really getting that technical development component? Also, how are the PE exits for this group and do you feel prepared from a modeling standpoint for PE jump (I guess the first question will kind of answer this one itself)?
