Goldman SA 2021 London

Hi guys - heard from a few sources that GS for London 2021 has given out offers, but are still deciding headcount for the New Year and therefore have many post superday candidates on hold (i.e. not yet rejected, offered or waitlisted).

Can anyone confirm? Are people likely to receive decisions this week or more likely the New Year?

When you say another AC, do you mean additional 30 min interview? Happened to me as well

The reason the process takes so long is quite intuitive - there are a ton of applicants for limited spaces per nationality. You are competing solely for 5-10 roles per nationality in the whole of classic (could be slightly fewer depending on where you're from). Also some people who interview with a certain region get put in UK/ ROW so they are constantly reshuffling to my understanding. Offers should filter through till end of Jan. PM me if you want any advice for the final interview!

Total probs between 5-10 for each, maybe nearer 20 for UK unis (which does not in any way mean just British necessarily btw)

Nope... Emailed them last week but no answer. Did anyone email and actually got a response when we should hear back?

Has anyone here had an assessment centre for the Merchant Banking Division? If so feel free to PM me I'd love to hear about it

Do you think it’s fair to assume that we have been rejected as most people have been waiting for months now?

Yes, would have assumed so a while ago. Not sure why they haven't gotten back to candidates yet
