I applied for New Analyst program in Goldman Sachs, got the HackerRank, but now my status says, "Thank you for appearing for the interview, you are under consideration". I did not appear for any interview. What does this mean?

Nope. I Reached Out To The Hr And Got A Generic Reply Saying I Should Check The Portal And They Can't Help Me With The Application Timeline. A Friend of Mine Also Took The Test And He Got A Reject Yesterday. So It's Possible That Our Applications Are Still Under Consideration.

Yes, HackerRank is a programming based assessment. I never appeared for an interview but it still says, Interview completed. Earlier the status was "HackerRank completed"
Hackerank is considered part of the interview process. So they basically received your test submission. That's your first interview.

I had a Superday for FT Early Careers Program last week. Have been in regular contact leading up to Superday then talked to them Friday last week, was told to expect hopefully an update this week but no luck. Have been told to be patient and reach out to them in a week and a half by others that have had interviews/work internally there. Was told the fact I got a Superday/all the other steps I’ve had I’m in a good spot for a hopeful offer or waitlist maybe.
