Goldman Sachs NY Symposium

I am freshman undergrad and I just got invited to this. This will be my first networking event. What should I expect? Should I bring resumes? How formal should I dress? Anything insight or advice is appreciated.

I'll be there as well. Probably don't need to bring a resume, just reach out to as many people as you can in your desired division. Email says businesss casual, Nothing too serious. I've been to one of these at Goldman in the fall and it was pretty lax. Met a guy who is an analyst there now and we still catch up time to time.

I'll also be there. Great that your doing this as a freshman, I regret slacking my freshman year. It will be my first time at a Goldman event, I've spoken with some friends that have previously attended; business casual, always bring a resume - you never know, network your ass off and you should be solid.
