Goldman Sachs to Begin Using Personality Test

Like the title suggests, GS is going to be using "personality tests" to screen potential hires for banking, trading, finance, and risk divisions. They are testing this out on the prospective U.S summer intern 2018 candidates. The test will be given before the second round interviews at the bank. This comes after, according to Reuters, first round interviews on campus were replaced by video interviews (presumably Hirevue).

Answers will be compared with those of current Goldman employees, who have already been identified as exhibiting traits that mark high performance such as teamwork, analytical thinking and judgment.

What personality test are they using? In my experience personality tests have been somewhat transparent and manipulable. Do you think this is effective, or not?
