Good Templates for Brief Company Overview

As part of certain pitch materials, my firm (like many others) is putting together company overviews for our presentations. These are about 3-4 bullets (preferably 4), the rest of the slide has other content. While this is a pretty straightforward task, I do feel like the order of the bullets doesn't necessarily flow well. For example, the order might be:

  • X company is based in Y and provides Z services to customers in W region
  • These services include X
  • The company owns and operates an extensive fleet of [x, y, z]

It's not necessarily wrong, but the third bullet seems like less critical detail than bullets 1 and 2 and thus doesn't flow as well. I don't really know how to articulate feedback here since this is pretty subjective, especially when some companies have relatively limited information publicly available and we need to stretch out the information into several bullets. I was hoping maybe someone would have rough guidelines they use to help me create a framework that I can give to juniors to guide them more deliberately around how they put together these summaries. For example, bullet 1 should be x, bullet 2 should be y...

Thanks in advance.
