GPA and Leadership From Target School

Was worried about my GPA and lack of leadership experience in college clubs going into sophomore year. I have a 3.7 and 0 leadership positions within school clubs but do have ECs outside of school.

Curious to how that will impact recruiting for BB, EB, and PE.

My own view has been for some time that BB and EB recruiting is so early now that you literally cannot expect a student to have strong leadership positions. If you're in a club right now, see if you can run for exec board. But think about it this way: There's no way in hell a Freshman will be leading some position in a club unless they either founded that club or have nepo connections.

GPA, that's fine just don't let it drop in your next semester.
