GPA as a transfer student

Wondering what other transfers do with their GPA once they've transferred into 4-year uni.

I finished CC with a 3.97, transferred into a target school where all was well but personal issues led to poor attendance. Did well in the classes, but my poor attendance dinged overall grade significantly. Currently have a 3.25 (could be higher with summer classes and Fall classes im going to take). Thanks!

Note: Goal is to break into Corporate or IB during Full-Time Undergrad recruitment cycle. Will have two Commercial Banking Internships completed as of Fall 2025
