I agree with the joining of the leadership and major GPA. Also showing a positive grade trend shows good work (better than going backwards). If you get a chance or interview and they ask a question regarding your GPA you can give a good reason on why it was lower early on and how you improved etc...

From here I would def recommend hitting 3.7+/semester so that you end up with a decent GPA.

Yea at my school everyone gets a degree in management with concentrations in things like finance, accounting, marketing, ect. However, there are lots of co-concentrations in easier things like managing for public good, entrepreneurial management, and management & leadership. people take these as resume boosters/ conversation starters since concentrations are only 4 classes. The management school has its own core on top of the A&S one which is the bulk of the course load. I go to a semi-target
