GPA w great experience??

I currently go to what's known as a "non-target." I am a Sophomore who will be a rising Junior looking to land in a bulge bracket for an internship. I unfortunately do only have a 3.0 and will probably have a 3.1 at most before Junior year. I do work my way through school, and have been told by many bankers that I do have incredible work experience on my resume and great extra-cirriculars. I am networking my butt off right now as I prepare for the Fall with interviews at bulge brackets occurring.

My question is how can I help increase my chances even though I do have a lower GPA? I have landed a great internship this summer adding onto my great experience as is.
