Great call with a banker, he floated passing my CV along, now silence. Normal?

Recent grad targeting full-time analyst roles. I cold-emailed a banker at a firm I'd love to join and he agreed to a 20-min Zoom. It ran to almost 40 minutes. Good rapport: we talked through his path and the work, and found some common ground outside banking (I offered to look into something for him on that front). Towards the end he mentioned he might be able to pass my CV along.

Same day, I sent a thank-you note with my CV. About 10 days later the firm opened full-time applications, so I applied, emailed him to let him know, asked if he'd be comfortable flagging my application, and passed on what I'd found for him.

No reply since (about 10 days now).

Questions:
1. Is this normal, or does silence after a call like that usually mean he's decided not to help?
2. Could he have flagged it without telling me? Has that happened to anyone here?
3. Should I follow up again? If so, when, and what should I say? He's the only warm contact I have there and I don't want to burn it.
4. Did I misstep by asking him directly to flag the application?
5. Would it be a good idea to send another set of cold emails to people at the firm or is this usually frowned upon?

TL;DR: 40-min call that went great, he floated passing my CV along, I applied and asked him to flag it, about 10 days of silence. Wait, nudge, or move on?

this happened to me recently. 30min call went over to almost 50. he replied to my thank you note and ghosted my follow ups.
