Group Placement at BAML
I recently accepted an offer to join the BAML Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program. I am in the middle of the placement process for my specific group, but I am having a hard time deciding between a few of the groups. I am very interested in coverage, specifically C&R, REGL, and Healthcare, and have met with all 3 groups. These 3 groups have great cultures, and they are also some of the strongest groups at BAML in the league tables. Which one of these coverage groups do you recommend? And if I considered leaving banking in the future, which would give me the best exit opportunities in a few years?

Retail is not dying fast enough for that to be a factor (that's a silly comment that you should NEVER repeat).
REGL has the strongest placement among any group at BAML - the whole class gets amazing placement every year. Then C&R. Then healthcare.

How are you doing group placement already? BAML just started diversity rather recently and their normal apps aren't out yet. Is this for summer 2021?
