Group placement stressing me out. Any tips?

I feel like group placement is even worse than normal recruiting. Calls are getting pushed constantly, emails are getting responded to less, and it feels like I am getting late in the process for top groups. I have no idea if I am doing well in the groups I have traction in, and hearing other people accept verbal offers is just stressing me out. I should be grateful for an internship offer, but I feel so nervous with such a crapshoot process. I have no idea what to do.
