GS Non-Trader Securities Pay
Given GS' recent move to try to become more of a "tech firm", does anyone know what the pay structure is like (base + bonus + anything else) for non-traders in securities

Any career progression / exit opps / lifestyle etc information is welcome.
I see relatively similar roles in our BB firm. I can each is seeing base of 90-110k + 20k-40k bonus range.
