I’m planning on recruiting for HC in late summer/fall & was wondering if anyone knew much about ranking these in terms of deal flow, analyst experience, culture, & exit ops, since previous posts similar to this are extremely outdated.

I think it’s funny how everyone makes posts like these and then ends up going somewhere like Piper. Unless you’re at a top target, you’re not going to be deciding between multiple of these top offers.
I’m at a West Coast target and have had first rounds at 3 of these firms (SF office) since I networked early on, so thought it was worth asking - my bad.
I think it's funny how there are still people stupid enough to think you need to go to a top target to get offers from the "top" firms in IB.
