Guggenheim RX Exits?

Couldn’t find threads on guggenheim rx exits, pay, and cultures in the forum bedsides the top 5 (HL, PJT, EVERCORE, LAZ, MOE.) Would love to hear if it would be possible to exit into MF or Traditional PE given the recession hit with the increased mandates.
