gym - near home or near office?

Hi all, current M&A analyst here and wanted some advice on how I can fit gym into my busy 12-18 hour work days? Additionally, is it better to go to a gym near where you rent? (30m commute from work) or a gym local to your office?

I feel there are benefits to both such as:

Home gym: if you're not working over the weekend it saves you having to commute 30 minutes to the gym, you can just walk to your local one.

Gym near office: if you have some downtime during work you can swiftly and efficiently fit in a quick gym session, shower and get back to work, allowing you to hit the gym more frequently during the work week - you wouldn't be able to do this if you went to a gym near your home.

What's everyone's thoughts, what would you say is better and would allow you to fit in more gym sessions and for those that are currently analysts how do you fit in gym/exercise into your busy M&A life?

Thanks
