So the people who don't get their H1-B visa in the lottery didn't pray hard enough? Or God divined the exact number of people who needed the visa (65,000), influenced Congress to set it at that level, and decided that all the others wouldn't get it as a test of their faith?
Sorry, I just finished a book, it's by Richard Dawkins called "the God Delusion", still a little leery of people who attribute everything to the divine will.
