She said she wanna date me but I have a fiancée also, just not in NYC, and I took the return offer to come back this coming fall, what shall I do? Keep your VP as your fuck buddy. Since your VP is a woman, it's inevitable she will catch feels at some point. Given she's your staffer, leverage that to have easier workload and use her to bridge the relationships with MDs.
Remember, this is a downturn market for IB and VPs are very likely to get cut. If your VP is distracted by office romance, her performance will bleed and she will probably get kicked. You're an intern/1st year analyst, you're cheap, you're fine. If your VP performance is still solid, use your official relationship with your fiance to sir up drama in your VP's personal life so that her professional performance will suffer.
Anyway, the mission you're on should be extracting all the values from your VP and then plan her demise. She's old and probably will hit the wall soon so don't even think about any serious relationship with her, recretional use only.
