Harris Williams People are Assholes
Don’t come here. It’s filled with a bunch of assholes. While historically, the firm has been “tight knit” and “collegial,” it’s gotten significantly bigger over the past few years (3x in size) and as a result has lost its culture. Very political place with backstabbing / office politics and the senior people are either outwardly dicks and don’t hide it (which I appreciate), or they’re fake nice but would not hesitate to stab you in the back the moment you turn around.
Pls avoid HW and maintain your sanity.
