Harris Williams - Thoughts on this boutique?
I'm doing second-round interview with them tomorrow. Any thoughts on this boutique? Which firm do you think has the upper hand (specially in M&A), Harris Williams or Lazard Middle Market (Goldsmith Agio Helms)? Also, I was curious what the pay is at these places. Any input will be great appreciated.
