Has anyone eaten at The Habit Burger Grill (just acquired by Yum Brands)?

Yum Brands! acquired it earlier today for $375MM - never head of it but now curious where it stands in a landscape that includes Shake Shack, In-And-Out, et. al. Their menu extends beyond just burgers.

I frequently drive by a Habit Burger in Irvine (which is located, interestingly enough, about half a mile from the In-N-Out corporate HQ).

I haven't eaten there, but it smells good from outside (like grilled meat as opposed to fast-food deep fat fryers), and it seems to do a steady business despite its location in a historical restaurant dead zone across from the UCI campus.

Overall, though, the premium burger category already seems pretty saturated. I forecast a supernova --> white dwarf pattern of too-rapid expansion followed by near-terminal contraction, a SoCal paradigm established by chains like Diedrich's Coffee and Baja Fresh.
