Have all the credentials but no offers. What do I do?

Wharton Undergrad, 3.8 GPA, Strong NYC Sophomore P.E Internship last summer with lots of modeling experience, good speaking skills, and very knowledgeable about finance. Because of personal reasons (COVID, Family moving), I didn't start my apps until mid summer. Applied to all the Bulge Bracket and a few others. Even had an MD at JPMorgan write me a rec letter. But because I applied so late, I haven't heard back from almost anyone. Most apps are "Under review" for two months now. Most recruiting is over for the main IB programs. Am I completely screwed? Do I take the gap year, recruit senior year, or just start cold calling at this point? Really lost here...

Besides the more practical steps you should take, leaving a little morale booster here:

Graduated with a barely mid-3's gpa from a target, no return offer (albeit due to a hiring freeze, but nonetheless) from my junior internship, graduated with no decent offer in hand, but kept reaching out to folks and cold applied to land a solid role a few months after. It just goes to show that besides the needed base level of talent and hard work, it all boils down to luck and timing.

I'm sure you have all the resources / information necessary to succeed and assuming you're making an effort, just keep at it and eventually, it will pan out.

Best of luck to you, PP.
